The money is to pay for school, and I already got financle aid I just need a little more. And I need the money up front. My dad is going to pay off the loan, and he has bad credit so he cant apply.

Banks no longer do personal loans. When you ask they will hand you a credit card application. Students use these cards to get through. /

The chances of a 19 year old with no credit and no co-signor getting a $4,000 unsecured loan are remarkably low. What about income? Do you have a full time job? No offense, but put yourself in the shoes of a loan officer. Would you loan someone $4,000 that is completely unsecured who has never been tested with the discipline of having to repay so much money?
