650 Fico score, would i get a unsecured credit card?
Okay here is my situation. I have a Fico score of 650. I have no collections or charge offs, But i have a repossession back in December of 08 from a car i co signed for a family member who did not pay for the vehicle, but other then that my credit has no other damages to it. I also have 5 Opened credit cards in good standing.. Limit for all 5 totals $6000.00My yearly income is 80k.What do you guys think my limit would be? Thanks

Unsecured credit card debt. Being sued by credit card company?
My parents& 039 small business started going under about two years ago. They sank every penny they had into it. They were unable to continue paying the mortgage on their house, and I had to start paying for it, until one year ago they transferred it completely to me. They are no longer listed on the ownership docs, and I& 039 m listed as the sole owner.They are now being sued by the credit card company because they& 039 re unable to pay the debt about 6,000 . They have no assets no car, no business, no property, no valuable possessions, under $300 in the bank and are living with my sister. Neither one is working.Three questions 1 Can the credit card company come after my house, claiming they transferred it to me to hide assets? This is not true they had no idea at the time of the transfer that they wouldn& 039 t be able to pay the credit card off.2 Is there any reason for them to go through the bankruptcy process, since they are too old to ever work again, so there are no future assets to protect?3 What is the worst case scenario with the credit card company trying to sue them?

Okay, So all day long i have been thinking about how I really want to start building my credit score and file. I Have 0 scores and a clean file. I have alot of inquires, which I now know hurt.. but anyways, I talked to a BOA rep on the Online chat, and asked her If I apply for a secured card if i would get approved, becuase the last thing I need is another inquery... She told me that she never has seen anyone get denied. Needless to say I just applyed and got denied This is rediculous.. I was going to put $300.00 into it.. I really am about to give up here. HOW AM I SUPPOST TO BUILD CREDIT, IF I CANT EVEN GET A SECURED CARD... Anyone please help me, why cant i even get a secured card???? No credit history shouldnt be a problem
