Question: What is a pre paid credit card and where can i buy one.?

My mom dosent want to use her credit card online so can you use the online like wetseal or forever 21? And where can you buy these?

Western union or any check cashing place they work like this: you pay for the card ( a small fee) and then you add as much as you want or need . then you just use it as if it was a credit card and the money gets taken out right away

You can get one infront of walmart where people return stuff. It looks like a credit card but it is basically a gift card. You put the money on it and that is all there is to it. You can use it anywhere credit cards are excepted. So yes, you can use it online.
