Anyone get denied on the H&R Block line of credit they issue at Christmas?
I think it is so funny that I have been a loyal, faithful customer for 10 years to H& R block and have never left do to their rediculous fees I always liked the little extras they offered like quick refunds and the loan they give you on your taxes in December to help out with Christmas what makes me angry is now I have been denied for 2 years for this line of credit which I have always received....my personal opinion they seen they had a gold mine with this and now have decided its not a guaranteed loan as it was previously but now decided they are going to be pick and choosey when they realized how much money they were making on this whole deal.....another big corporation only in it for money and who cares about their loyal customers....well unfortunately H& R Block you just lost my business....may not seem like much but hey when you add up my rapid refund fees and interest rates it will add up....and I know I am not the only one who is angry over being denied.

My score is good and I know my history is far better than most I know. If you are approved for a " personal line of credit" from a bank or somewhere else, how does the interest rate work? Is the rate fixed or can it go up and down?

I have a second ( line of credit by B of A ) is threatening to foreclose ( auction sale ) tomorrow.?
at the same time I also have a first mortgage in which the house is under water. When I talked with B of A, I was told whoever is the highest bidder at the auction on the second will get the house. For example, my second I owe 65k, and the first 280k. If the highest bidder on my second is 80k, then he she will own my home, and whatever the amount not covered by the bid will be charged off. H&R Block Line of Credit Denied or Approved?
were expecting a almost $8,000 tax return. our credit is not the best. we have been with them going on 4 years. will we be approved? we went in on saturday and they said they could not pull up our 2009 tax records so we were denied. the boss at that branch said she would give them a call tomorrow and get it all figured out. well since then my nerves have really been running ragged as we have bill and christmas gifts to buy and with a shortage of work no money. all it said when we were denied was reason code 53 which was because they could not find our return. how many of you have been approved or denied? what was your situation. P.S i don& 039 t want to hear any lectures please. this is my money and i can do with it as i please weather it sounds like a smart idea to you or not.well they were saying that this error message has been showing up on 3% of the people who apply and that it is just a computer glitch.
