Ho long after a dispute does your credit score change after items have been deleted?
I got my credit ran a month ago by a loan officer for a house, my score was a 611 and found some items that did not belong so I did a dispute with Transunion. They have removed most of the items I disputed. I got the same loan officer to run another report to see if the score had not increased it had decreased by like 65 pts or so. There have not been any neg changes to my score since the last run only positive changes. Transunion said the whole dispute will not be done until 3 13 10. Do I need to wait to re run my credit does the dispute have anything to do with why my score is so low or what? Please someone with credit knowledge answers only.

House is foreclosing... should I declare bankruptcy first to save my credit score?
I stupidly cosigned for a mortgage with my ex fiance before he was my ex of course and I just found out that he has let our home enter the foreclosure process. I& 039 m left to wonder...With a credit score of 660 as of last week before the foreclosure hit my report, should I quick declare bankruptcy before the foreclosure hits it? With bankruptcy I read that within two years I can rebuild my credit back to where it was or better , although there will be a note on my record that I had the bankruptcy. From what I& 039 m reading it sounds like I should declare bankruptcy, but I want to get all the perspectives and opinions on this first.
