Lately I& 039 ve been applying for several credit cards and canceling them in short period of time. The reason for that is to take advantage of bonus miles from airline companies& 039 promotions. How did you get someone to rent to you, whether it be an apartment complex, condo, private renter, whatever?I have horrible credit. Im 20. Collections up the ass, bad checks. 18 19 I made the worse mistakes.. never paid bills, got evicted, etc. Im fixing all of this now. I notice last month my points increased up to 6 points. I believe from my new credit card payment. My goal is to reach at least the 800 score. Is It Possible For Someone To Get A Home Loan If They Have No Credit History?
My boyfriend and I are in a sticky situation. We are renting our house from his mother. She has decided to sell our house this summer and she has told my boyfriend to get a home loan to buy the house from her so we can stay here and not have to move. But, my boyfriend swears up and down that he doesn& 039 t think he can get a home loan because he has no credit history. He has no credit cards and has never accumulated any sort of credit. I have a terrible credit history, so there is no way that I could obtain a home loan. My question is could my boyfriend possible get a home loan if he has no credit history? If not, can you think of another solution so we don& 039 t have to move? We don& 039 t have the money outright for what she would be asking for the house.
