18 yrs old, need a credit card ... No job or credit history?

Student Credit Card with no credit history?
Hi i am a college student but my credit is clean and i would like to have a credit card just to make a purchase here and there and pay it off in full to start building up my credit. The problem is.. I have applied for a few student credit cards including Chase 1 and Discover. And i do have a checkings and savings account with Chase. But all of my applications have been denied so far because it states " INSUFFICIENT CREDIT HISTORY" or " No information in credit bureau" . So how do i get a credit card? Or do i have to do something else that would establish credit for me first?

How to remove bad credit history from new address?
I have moved into a new property and the previous tenant has bad credit history linked to this address. I receive letters regularly for money owed and put this back in the post as " not known at this address." It is now affecting me when credit searches are carried out although I have no problems in this area.Is there a form I can fill in and send off to remove this blacklisting from this address.Have written to Experian but they never replied.Thanks

Lately I& 039 ve been applying for several credit cards and canceling them in short period of time. The reason for that is to take advantage of bonus miles from airline companies& 039 promotions. I& 039 m starting to get worried because I suppose that every time I apply for a new card and cancel it someone is accessing my credit history which might affect my record ? . My boyfriend and I are in a sticky situation. We are renting our house from his mother. She has decided to sell our house this summer and she has told my boyfriend to get a home loan to buy the house from her so we can stay here and not have to move. But, my boyfriend swears up and down that he doesn& 039 t think he can get a home loan because he has no credit history. He has no credit cards and has never accumulated any sort of credit. I have a terrible credit history, so there is no way that I could obtain a home loan. My question is could my boyfriend possible get a home loan if he has no credit history? If not, can you think of another solution so we don& 039 t have to move? We don& 039 t have the money outright for what she would be asking for the house.
