Name on the card is just that, the name of the person just as it reads on the card. The CVC is a security code. For most cards it 's stamped on the back right over the signature panel. On American Express cards it 's on the front over and to the right of the credit card number.

Name on Credit card means the PERSON whos ' responsible for the debt charged on the card. (Your parent or guardian perhaps?) CVC Card Verification Code (credit cards)

The cw/ cvc is a three to four digit number that appears on the back of the card above the signature, usually preceeded by the last four digits of the account number. For example, if the account number is 1234 5678 1234 0987, then the back of the card would have 0987 and the CW/ CVC. They mean the person 's name. Usually a first name, middle initial, and last name.
