How come one credit agency will delete a file, but the other ones won't?

Question: How come one credit agency will delete a file, but the other ones won't?

I& #039;ve dispusted a few items on all 3 of my credit reports. However, one file will be deleted on 2 of them and it will remain on the other one. Why is that happening? Can I still dispute the other one? Do I tell them it& #039;s been deleted by the other 2 and if so, will that change anything?

Same thing here!!!!!!! You can definitely dispute it again and should, what I would do this time is include a copy of the deletion letters from the other bureaus proving that they are deleting. Now each bureau is a separate entity so they don 't have to delete it but at least you have some proof that other bureaus have found that entry to be erroneous. Please Note: Not all credit bureaus list the same things so if the credit bureau that is still reporting that credit line doesn 't have some entries that the others do, you will need to white out those accounts so that the bureau your disputing with doesn 't pick them up and start reporting on them. Once you 've whited them out make a copy of it so that 's the copy your sending in. Don 't need anymore entries!

That is how banks make the $ off of interest. When going over your loan application they will pull all 3 credit files and review the messy one. The credit bureaus are all paid off by banks and wont help you unless you speak up and protest those marks.
