i sell jewelry at local street fairs and have one of the old school credit card machines where i take an imprint of the card and come home and run it on the computer. today when i tried to run one of the cards it came up as declined. i have an imprint of the guy& 039 s card, his name, and driver& 039 s license number, is there anything i can do about this bad card and to get my money? it& 039 s not a ton of money but it& 039 s enough that it is worth putting in some time and effort trying to get him to pay for the stuff he bought at the fair.i do not have any of his contact info, just his name and driver& 039 s license number, and it is an out of state license. no phone number, no address.

I received substitute service today Citibank is asking for $4,330 however the credit limit on the card was $3,300 all the good fees and interest . I don& 039 t have a lump sum that I can pay now what should I offer them to settle? I can pay up to $300 month in payments. Also, should I reply to the suit as denial or contact the firm first?Thanks I& 039 m already getting sued... the days of calling and writing me are over. She has 2 loans out right now and has a bad credit history.
